This John Lidgard designed Lidgard 40 was built by Ed Nicholls in approx. 1984, She is double diagonal Kauri, glassed over with timber deck with a 47hp shaft drive Yanmar giving her approx. cruse of 7.5 knots. The sails are well organised for easy use with a Furling Main, furling staysail and Furling genoa making the sailing of the boat a breeze. The yacht has a head room of approx. 6ft with 1 double and 3 single berths, the saloon table dose drop down to make another double bed if needed. She needs attention to bring up to her former glory; realistic owners want yacht sold.
