We are parting with our lovely 38ft Ericson Sloop "Buenos Aires", she is priced for Immediate Sale @ US$75,000. Recent haul out August 2021, newly painted hull and new bottom paint/antifoul, brand new headsail installed and two new solar panels. All new 'Sunbrella' upholstery replaced throughout in the last 3 years. Includes a RIB tender with 5HP tohatsu outboard, water maker, AIS Transceiver, EPIRB, SSB Radio, Hydrovane, 700w windlass with wired & wireless controls, new anchor chain, rail mounted magma gas bbq, depth sounder, solar panels + two independent bank controller.

The vessel is currently in Fiji, it is fully imported to Fiji with no outstanding taxes or duties. She has been sailed throughout the South Pacific, North and South America. She has been well maintained by a marina manager for the past 6 years.

The yacht is a 1984 Bruce King design, fibreglass construction with generous use of teak interior. It has a 4 cylinder 32HP Universal Diesel Engine. She can sleep up to 7 in two cabins: two in the V-berth, two in rear-quarter berth, two on convertible port side dinette, one on starboard settee. A U-shaped galley to starboard has a 3-burner propane stove and oven on gimble, double sink, plus large counter area and ample dry goods and dish storage space. Both head and galley have hot and cold water pressure. Additionally, the galley has a manual foot pumps for seawater. Hot water is provided by electric hot water tank or by engine heat exchanger. The navigation station is to port with electric panel, and spaces for paper charts and equipment. The head is forward to port with stainless steel sink and full shower. The two cabins are teak throughout with new cabin sole, comfortable cushions and storage for extended cruising.
