Description
Available for the Med Summer 2025
Winner of the 2024 European Powerboat of the Year, Long Range Yacht, Omikrons OT-60 is a model of design brilliance. Expressing the belief that progress is seen with an eye to the past as well as the future, the OT60 proposes a simpler vision of sustainability.
Light, bright and brilliantly considered, Omikrons award-winning OT60 is a pleasure to experience. Designed by Lorenzo Argento, the interior and exterior design slims and streamlines the recovered volumes, with meticulous styling by Ciarmoli Queda Studio. Large openable windows encircle the deckhouse, providing a nearly perfect 360-degree view and delivering an abundance of natural light.
Not all the lower deck is actually below deck on the OT60. Descending the stairs, guests land in an open-concept, double-deck height annex between the staterooms. Generous in space, it accommodates a galley and indoor dining arrangement. The yacht has three cabins, owners cabin up forward with separate toilet and shower, VIP double cabin aft, port side but with separate shower and toilet, Starboard aft there is a twin cabin with separate shower and toilet. In the forepeak there is a captain's cabin with a head and shower. All interior spaces are air conditioned.
Outside spaces are generous, there is an extremely large aft cockpit benefiting from the 6 metre beam. The cockpit features two settees, two cockpit tables which raise and lower to form some sunbeds. The boarding platform is extremely large and doubles as a quiet space ideal for bean bags and tender storage when underway. The boarding platform above, doubles as the tender hydraulic lift to make launching and retrieving the tender easy. On the fore deck there are two more sunpads and then on top of the pilot house are two more additional sunpads.
Compact, quiet, and efficient engines propel the OT60s Eco-Cruise hull, made to measure by Juan Kouyoumdjian to enhance the yachts seakeeping and efficiency perfect for Mediterranean island hopping. Aiming to cruise sustainably in all senses, the OT60 offers a considerable range 1000NM at 8kn consuming just 1.25 litres per mile.
A dedicated production line has been built at the yard for the OT60, which includes the construction of the hull with vacuum infusion and superstructure in carbon fibre. This lightens the composite by up to a third in the upper parts of the vessel, and enhances stability. All woodwork and assembly is carried out in house.
The world-class facilities are ISO 9001:2015 certified. The OT60 is CE certified as a category A-12 vessel.
