Description
Originally built in 1980 by Pelin Plans Ltd, Takapuna, she was beautifully restored over a number of years and relaunched December 2018. The hull is fibreglass over ply and she was stripped back to wood where possible and repainted. A full set of photos is available to view showing the works.
A new Yamaha 150hp Outboard and all new electrics installed were installed at the same time. The engine has only seen approx 130 hours use. Other nice touches are the recent installation of a bow thruster, plus the hydraulic steering make berthing a breeze.
The helm has a comfy seat with bolster and the helm is clean and simple with a good Garmin touch Screen GPS Plotter, Digital Yamaha Engine Display, ICOM VHF Radio, Bow Thruster Control and other switches all within easy reach. A nice Fusion MS-RA55 Stereo helps with the entertainment.
The cockpit area has 4 more seats and some good storage options. The small galley to port has a fridge, and a stainless steel sink with 2 burners built in. The bow of the boat has a V Berth Cuddy Cabin suitable for two people overnight. Between the cuddy cabin and the helm is an electric head compartment with head and holding tank. There are various storage lockers spread throughout the vessel.
She really must be seen to be believed. A stunning little craft which turns heads wherever she goes.
