Launched in 2019, this Pelin Liberty is one of a kind. No expense has been spared in her build, with every aspect meticulously documented. There is more information on Pepper Jack than most new builds out there. Her journey has made history, featuring in Boating NZ magazine as a modern-day success story of a home-built boat. Under the supervision of qualified boat builders, Pepperjack came to life.

True to the Liberty design, she is a famously efficient due to her flat propeller angle and planning hull. Her high sides and chine shape keep her dry when the chop gets up out wide. Constructed of 9mm marine plywood laid diagonally over treated pine laminated frames. Two skins of 6mm marine plywood are used for the topsides, stringers are kahikatea and all the interior varnished timber is totara. Some 130 sheets of plywood went into PepperJacks construction and the hull and topsides are sheathed in fibreglass. This is an amazing opportunity to own an iconic kiwi classic design that has only just hit the water.

She features a practical cockpit layout with seating and storage. The large interior features and entertainers' galley, a large fridge & freezer. She is mechanically simple with a Shaft driven, 320hp VM Motori diesel and maneuvered by a So-Pac Jet Thruster System, she turns on a dime. Maintenance has never been easier with a removable main salon deck.
