Auckland’s ASB Showgrounds have been transformed into a boat-lover’s paradise as the Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show 2014 kicks off in time for the weekend.
Featuring all the latest trailer powerboats, boat engines, electronics and boating accessories, the Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show will be on from now until Sunday 18 May, 10am-6pm at the ASB Showgrounds in Epsom, Auckland.
There is an array of fantastic prizes up for grabs for visitors, including a $100,000 Stabicraft/Yamaha boat package, daily Heletranz heli-fishing experiences, $2000 Viking family kayak packages (two per day to be won) and a family sail on the Spirit of New Zealand.
Gracing the Hutchwilco Boat Show’s new big boat marina are vessels from Salthouse Next Generation Boats, Scott Lane Boatbuilders, Lloyd Stevenson Boatbuilders, Pachoud Yachts and Image Boats.
Alongside these are the Riviera 43 Offshore Express charter sportfisher, Matariki Nui, and the striking 12–metre trimaran Pacific Zulu. Meanwhile, a Bluefix Boatworks’ North Cape 34 will also be sitting close by on Exclusive Boat Haulage’s fully submersible hydraulic trailer.
Keen fishermen are well catered for at the Hutchwilco NZ Boat Show, too. They are able to get practical advice from the experts thanks to the Top Catch Ask The Experts free seminar series. Big Angry Fish TV stars Milan and Nathan and talk to Hauraki Gulf fishing guru Bruce Duncan will also be attending the show this weekend.
Don’t worry about missing going fishing this weekend because you’re at the boat show, you can also try your hand on the Decoro game-fishing simulator.
Your friends at Trade-a-Boat magazine will also be there with special subscription offers and your chance to win a BlackVue Sport SC500 Action Camera. Visit us at stand 218.
