Flagship Marine is a new entity that combines long experience in the New Zealand marine industry with some of the world’s leading boat brands.
Formerly representing Riviera and Belize motor yachts as R Marine JDC New Zealand, Flagship Marine is the new face for a premium brand offering an exciting range of motor yachts and sailboats.
From its headquarters in Westhaven, Auckland, Flagship Marine continues to proudly sell and support Riviera and Belize motor yachts in New Zealand under the R Marine-Flagship banner.
Trading as Flagship-Grand Soleil, Flagship Marine is also proud to represent Italian built Grand Soleil production sailing yachts in New Zealand.
The first Grand Soleil luxury sailing yacht to arrive in New Zealand will debut at the Auckland On Water Boat Show in September. A 46 Long Cruise, it is a nominee for European Yacht of the Year 2016 in the Luxury Cruiser category.
Flagship Marine principals Liam Power and Dean Horgan have been involved with the Riviera brand for years. Under the Flagship Marine banner they have gathered together a strong team with vast experience in buying, selling and servicing boats.
Power commented: “Our Westhaven Drive office includes Dean [Horgan] and I, along with experienced yacht brokers Chris Janes and Craig Torckler. Carmen Gravatt takes care of sales support.
“Our service team includes four engineers, an apprentice engineer, three boatbuilders and parts and valet services. Between us, we offer the biggest support platform for any brand in New Zealand.”
