UK and US-based Scanstrut has taken home an award for top boating product 2024 from Boating Industry.com.
It was given the award for its in-built air station ATMOS, which is designed to makes it easy to quickly inflate and deflate a wide range of paddleboards, kayaks, and towable toys.
Announcing the award in their March issue, Boating Industry Top Products 2024 said, “ATMOS represents a paradigm shift in marine air pumps.”
It is just the latest recognition for Scanstrut and its products. Late last year, Scanstrut claimed the Boat Builder Award at METS TRADE 2023, the DAME Award for Comfort & Entertainment Afloat and the IBEX Innovation Award. No other
business has won the IBEX, DAME, and Boat Builder Awards in the same year.
Specifically engineered to cope with the harsh marine environment, the waterproof ATMOS features an innovative two-stage, brushless pump that quickly and easily delivers both high-volume and low-pressure air (for larger inflatable objects
such as kayaks, large tubes, and bathing platforms) and high-pressure low volume air (perfect for inflating smaller toys like SUPs, inflatable kayaks, and tubes that require a higher level of pressure for optimum performance). The ATMOS air station can deliver up to 20 PSI and automatically switches from the HVLP pump to the HPLV pump at 1.1PSI.
Compact, and easy to operate, ATMOS can be installed almost anywhere on board, making it easy to access whenever its needed.
