All I can preface is by saying OMG OMG OMG. In Survey 2c and 1E Its very very rare, given the number of Power Boats and Motor Yachts SBM inspects/ sells annually all over the globe, where you get onboard a vessel and instantly the stresses of everyday life immediately dissolve within & you begin to start to dream of your Bucket list and road to retirement. I am not talking about the general Bucklet List here, such as spending more time on the water up on the Pittwater or Harbour...Im talking about the real deal provisioning the boat, loading up the surf boards, fishing roads, Kayaks, Dive gear etc and then casting off the lines and getting off the grid for months, or years, at a time. Had enough of the fast paced lifestyle we all endure, and just well want to live a more simpler lifestyle, where the only worries in the world revolve around decisions like what time do you want your first coffee in the morning, and for dinner well the very hard decision of whether to eat freshly caught lobster you caught diving during the day on the BBQ with Garlic & Butter sauce & a good Sav Blanc, or maybe Fresh Coral Trout bugger it, why not both!!!!!!!!!!! Well SBM is extremely proud to exclusively present MV Texas Lady for sale and this is believe me one very very very rare opportunity. Texas Lady is one such luxury MotorYacht that has the capabilities of taking where your dreams can only imagine and beyond. With a range of over 2500 nm, hows Fiji sound? New Caledonia? South East Asia.... Ill take them all and more -YOLO MV Texas Lady has had one very cool and fastidious owner since her build in 200, and has undergone major refits over the years keeping up in great order and up to date with technology. With recent upgrades including stationary stabilers and a 2nd Genset to name a few, this stunning boat is ready to go. When you first step aboard Texas Lady, you immediately feel like you are in the presence of a ship. The exterior bulwarks, high-sided coamings and split level aft deck area, conjure up images of the kind of seas that this boat has been built to encounter. Texas Lady is a boat that clearly portrays the craftsmanship and attention to detail that you would expect in much larger vessels. Texas Lady was built in New Zealand and is based on an Erwin Haag steel hull design with an aluminium topside and flybridge styling and internal layout by Bob Salthouse. New Zealand native rimu has been used extensively and is offset with American maple on the floors, burr elm tabletops and a deep rich red Australian jarra beading. There is an accent on quality and a depth of finish that you would expect but not always get in a vessel of this size. Dedicated attention to design and detail provides a warm and inviting interior where space has been well utilised. For example, the 32mm solid timber doors right throughout the vessel are each made from 43 pieces of timber handcrafted and intricately pieced together. The occasional table is a rich mix of native timbers and there is an intelligent balance between timbers and fabrics. All guest accommodation is forward with three cabins off a central passageway each with separate bathrooms providing a total of 9 individual berths. The Owners stateroom is situated aft of the engine room and features a huge bathroom and copious storage areas. From a practical point of view, the forward facing galley is ideal. The layout is superb and the space is perfectly in keeping with the rest of the boat. Fully equipped to cater for a large complement of guests, whether on day cruises or extended passage-making, the galley has been designed to make food preparation and serving as hassle free as possible. This includes an easy to clean and functional stainless steel top with a knurled handrail around the leading edge. There is an electric oven, two dishwasher drawers, microwave, and gas cook top, full two door refrigerators with water and ice and huge Watermaker. A built-in dinette helps to make this a favourite place aboard Texas Lady and it is extensively used during day cruising or when parked in a quiet bay. Being forward of the main saloon, the crew have access to the huge galley area from the side decks without having to pass through into the main saloon where the owners may be entertaining their guests. The main saloon is split into two distinctive areas with the dining forward and the lounge aft. Leather is used throughout. High profile windows allow for excellent visibility. The size of the saloon is outstanding and worthy of a far larger boat. This is accentuated by the fact that the saloon and dining areas have no distinctive divisions and share the same overall space. From the aft deck you can see right through to the galley due to the abundance of internal space. Overhead the curved panelling contains the air conditioning ducting and hidden lighting which provides a pleasant mood atmosphere. Chrome beading accentuates the Rimu panelling and serves to remind those on board of the intricate attention to detail that is prevalent throughout the whole vessel. Situated around the twin companionways that lead downstairs to the accommodation areas are a bookshelf with individual cocktail cabinet and a well stocked entertainment centre including satellite IQ Foxtel/Apple TV. The flybridge area is fully equipped for serious passage making and Texas Lady has the latest Simrad navigation and maxsea mapping system. The helm seats (2) are from a Grand Jeep Cherokee and modified to include all the remotes on the seat arms for the bow thruster and steering. There is a full TEXAS LADY sized chart table to starboard and the upstairs lounger has proven a great bonus to accommodate unexpected guests overnight. Access to the upper deck is via the flybridge where the teak decks carry on that small ship feeling. An outside table seating up to 10 guests makes for an alfresco dining experience in the sub tropical climates. Texas Lady is a sizeable boat that provides an excellence of finish and styling that is impressive. It has the capacity and equipment to handle serious passage making or would be just as at home anchored up in Sydney Harbour or the Qld Whitsundays. The new Bayliner VR5 represents a radical departure from previous models. This boat has an entirely new hull and deck with a bluff looking and much broader bow. The new boat is longer, wider, precision finished and generously spacious The interior is designed with larger bow and stern seating areas, dual sun-lounge pads and loads of storage space. The bow shape not only increases the amount of interior space, but the shape under the bow works well in suppressing spray, and pushing it down and away from the boat. Below the waterline, the conventional deep vee shape (20 degree deadrise) does a fine job of softening out the bumps, yet the boat is still very stable at rest, thanks in no small part to the wide 2.44m maximum beam. The VR5 to be very well mannered, easy to handle, comfortable through choppy water, stable and manoeuvrable. The steering is smooth and light and the boat corners very well at speed. With these attributes the VR5 bowrider excels as a family boat for mixed water sports applications. On all counts. its a ripper. Handles beautifully, carves up bay chop with ease, and the NEW 250 HP MerCruiser (4.5L) MPI A1 petrol sterndrive offers exhilarating performance. Innovatively designed, competitively priced, the VR5 is ideal for all bay and harbour water sports - comfortably seating 8 people. Outfitted with desert sand interior, cockpit teak matting as shown in photos. Interior and exterior light package. Features include: Standard integrated swim platform Monster folding tower with integrated bimini top. LED Blue lighting Rear sunpad with flip-up backrest Thigh bolster helm seat Resting on a Karavan single axle trailer with brakes and swing tongue. We can deliver anywhere.
