This Bayliner bowrider has an entirely new hull and deck design with a buff looking and much broader bow. Longer, wider, precision finished and more spacious than other bowriders this length. The interior is designed with larger bow and stern seating areas, dual sun-lounge pads and loads of storage space. The bow shape increases interior space - plus the shape under the bow works well in suppressing spray and pushing it down and away from the boat. The new Bayliner VR5 represents a radical departure from previous models. Below the waterline, the conventional deep vee shape (20 degree deadrise) does a fine job of softening out the bumps, yet the boat is still very stable at rest, thanks in no small part to the wide 2.44m maximum beam. The VR5 is well mannered, easy to handle, comfortable through choppy water, stable and manoeuvrable. The steering is smooth and light and the boat corners very well at speed. With these attributes the VR5 bowrider excels as a family boat for mixed water sports applications. On all counts. its a ripper. Handles beautifully, carves up bay chop with ease, and it's 200hp MerCruiser petrol sterndrive offers exhilarating performance. Innovatively designed, competitively priced, the VR5 is ideal for all bay and harbour water sports - comfortably seating 8 people. Outfitted with desert sand interior, cockpit teak matting as shown in photos. Interior and exterior light package. Photos illustrate interior features. Resting on a Karavan single axle trailer with brakes and swing tongue. We can deliver anywhere.

The new Element represents a completely new design from Bayliner - well known for its affordable and good handling boats. Handles More Like a Car due to the M Hull design Remains Stable When Stepping Aboard. Typically the solution to keeping the boat stable is to make it bigger and wider. That's a little difficult on a boat with a LOA of 16'2" (4.9 m) so Bayliner was able to accomplish this with the "M" hull design. Inexpensive. She comes standard with a 60-hp Mercury Four Stroke Big Foot outboard, a 12 gallon (45.4 L) fuel tank and trailer. Easy to Trailer. She literally centers herself between the bunks requiring no effort or precision on the part of the operator. Lightweight. The Element and trailer are so light -- 2,145 lbs /975 kgs. -- towable by the average family car. "M" Shaped Hull. Only a few boats are built this way, but it is a highly stable design. On the other hand, it is not intended for high speed or rough water use. Standard Full Beam Aft Sun Pad. Where we usually see a walk through from the stern this Element has a full aft sundeck. She's easier to board from the side. Molded Helm Seat. There's no separate bucket seat behind the helm but rather cushions are secured to a molded seat. This also means that there are no seat adjustments. Molded Transom Seating. Since this is where boaters spend a good deal of their time Bayliner made this a comfortable place to relax. Dual portside seats. The separate moulded seats on the port side allow two people to sit near the operator. Midship Cleats. There are only four cleats total on the Element but instead of putting two at the bow, Bayliner moved it back to the midships area where it makes much more sense for single-handed docking. For those planning to anchor we recommend adding a bow cleat in the aftermarket. With a 60-hp Mercury Bigfoot FourStroke turning a 13.8'' x 13'' four-bladed propeller - the Element reached a top speed at 5500 rpm of 29.2 mph when tested.
